On August 1st 2009 we brought home this sweet little bundle of goodness
and it really was true love
Josh was smitten
Zach mesmerized
Sav was excited for a real live baby doll
and Bella was....well...her expression says it all.
Since that day little miss lily has just fit right in with our family and we can't even remember what life was like with out her.
we could tell early on that she was happy girl
here she is on her 1st birthday
oh how I miss that gummy smile!
We loved watching her personality evolve between 1 and 2 yrs.
we also learned early on that she was one busy busy girl!

She is easy to love
and is good at loving right back. she is good at doling out kisses to all, including her dollies
this year for her birthday she requested a barbie princess party (her current obsession- barbie princess movies) We had to postpone it, because we have had workers in and out of our house working on the bathroom. We're hoping to do it this week after the remodel is complete. She asks about it everyday. she can't wait!!
On her actual birthday we did a little family party, made cupcakes and opened presents. She got the rapunzel dress she's been drooling over when ever we go to Target, and an "American Girl Doll" (yeah- I never broke it to Sav, so it is an american girl doll in our household) She loved her 2 presents, all the attention she got that day and loved being able to tell everyone it is HER birthday!
