Josh in 12 words...

Josh in 12 words (or so:) sweet, intelligent, gentle, well-loved, fun, easy-going, obedient, honest, hard-working, sensitive, diligent, remarkable
 For his birthday he had to take the state mandated STAAR test at school, so we didn't get to pull him out for lunch or eat with him:(  So to celebrate, we let him choose a dinner place. His pick was Logan's roadhouse. yummm. While we were there, we had him open presents...het got some new books, nike 3.0's (he's needed some sneakers for a while now and he actually requested these...a first for him, he usually just wears what ever I buy him)  super smash bros video game, and universal orlando tickets (we're doing this while we are in orlando visiting my folks in June! - I think Mike and I are excited as he is!!)  The best part of the night was hearing him with his siblings. He is such a good boy, at one point when Bella and Lily were not getting along, I heard J tell Bella that the best present she could give him is to be kind and sweet to Lily. Typical Josh. I love this boy and love that I get the honor of being his Mama. He teaches me so much everyday and I love that he is mine!!! 

Here he is the day after his birthday. I kept him home from school because he struggled breathing last night with allergy-induced asthma and was really tired this morning. On our way to dropping Bella off at preschool we heard on the radio that they were giving out free tickets to hear the Zac Brown Band perform this saturday at the grand opening of the new Microsoft store at the Domain in Austin. So we looked at each other and knew what we had to do. So we high tailed over there, waited in line for about an hour and a half with a wiggly 2 year old in tow and it paid off!! We also got some free tshirts and some cool microsoft back packs! While we were there J tried out the X-box kinnect and the paparazzi (lower left corner-can you see them) were all over him taking pictures, since he was the only school aged kid there. I had to sign some forms and we were told that there is a good chance they would use some of the photos of him in their advertisements. So who knows you may be seeing some pics of him on microsoft ads in the near future.
