And just like that, March is just about gone!! I didn't pick up my camera ONCE this month!!well, at least not my big ole' camera... thank goodness for phones! Here's our march at a glance according to my iphone.
I got to chaperone at Sav's field trip to the Austin Children's museum.fun place to explore with my cute girl.
the cleaning continued as we are trying to sell our house...we had an offer that fell through.sigh....so we're still having to keep this up till we sell...double sigh. (on the upside, my kids are even becoming a little fanatic about the cleaning, even little miss Lily)
Fortunately, over Spring Break we really did get a "break" from all the house stuff by going to Dallas for the first few days. We loved getting to visit Grammy and Grampy, the Hansens and the Grants.
our kids we're SO excited to get to hang out with this fun cousin...though under unfortunate circumstances (poor Caleb's injured foot) , they still managed to have fun and make the best out of it:)
for the second part of spring break we went to one of our favorite family vacation spots...good old San Antonio. We had 2 free Hyatt nights that expire in April, so we used them at the Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch. We have been here a few times and LOVE this place.
lots of swimming, some arcade games, a few movie nights and s'mores. away from home. relaxing.

in the midst of it all, one of the highlights of the month for me was a date night to go see the HUNGER GAMES with my cute boyfriend! GREAT book AND movie!!
Our kids started taking piano this year and had their final recital with their teacher (and our dear friend who is moving to Utah soon :(
Sav's dance team is finally starting to learn a routine for their recital in June... They had the parents go in and observe what they learned on Day 1 so that we can see how they progress... (she's the one in the center, can you see her?)
I also found this little clip on my phone that made me giggle (along with hundreds of others)...where AM I when they're doing this on my phone??

I love your cute girls that love to clean! We had so much fun seeing you guys over spring break! The videos you posted are set to private so no except you can watch them. I remembered you asked me what we used to do videos- we just use our cannon slr to video or our iphones, but we upload to youtube (like you did) and there is an option to publish in 720p. Unfortunately, you have to make it a public video though. I'm excited to see the videos if you make them public! They look cute :)
We loved seeing you guys! Lily talks about Olivia often...wish we were closer so they could play! Thanks for telling me about the videos- I never would have known!! I went ahead and made them public. Our cannon doesn't have a video feature (unless, I just don't know about it!) we just video on the iPhone, but the quality is not great. Thanks for the tip...I will dust off my dslr and check it out and see if I'm missing something;)
So fun! Good piano players, I was impressed! That video at the end made crack up! "Monster kisses, monster kisses, I'm a squirrel!" They are so cute and will love to see that when they're older!
ha ha ha! the last video is hilarious! i love seeing these sweet kids in their lessons. they're learning so much. good job kiddies! we can't wait to see you all in just a few more weeks!! love you!
So proud of those kids!! Sometimes I feel like I'm a bad mom, since my kids aren't learning to play the piano (or any instrument right now, for that matter). They all sounded GREAT!
It was so fun to see you (for a minute) over spring break! Caleb felt like he got it the best though, since he got to spend some REAL time with his cousins!

Tell Sav, way to go on her dancing! Impressive! Claire wants to dance really bad . . . maybe Savvy could teach her some moves sometime. :)
Sorry the offer on the house fell through . . . that stinks. :( But spring has just sprung . . . so there could still be good things around the corner!
