our little chocolate vampire Bella Swan...I mean Asay;) For FHE last night we had our annual chocolate fountain...only this year we decided to give each kiddo their own personal little bowl in efforts to be "neater"...HA! it was a nice thought. melted chocolate+ kids= MESS (always!) We also watched aunt Taryn and uncle Brady's Christmas video for Mom and Dad! what a treat! we got to see our grammy and grampy and all our cousins that we miss dearly! perfect FHE activity! Thank you Hansens!

This year we tried some festive new hair dos on Bella and Lily...Sav refused:(

and Lily's...
we made crazy messes decorating boxes,making valentine's and writing love notes to our friends and teachers....
But this year we REALLY missed putting these up... (our annual "heart attack" love notes-picture from last year) we are preparing to sell our house, so we opted not to put them on display :( we DID however eat heart shaped pizza! my favorite tradition. no cooking for mama on V-day. sweet.

After sending the big kids off to school Lily and I met up with her play group buddies (which they happen to meet on tuesdays-perfect!) and their mommies at the RR Library for their annual valentine's party! It's quite an affair with stories, music, dancing and OH THE TREATS!
Then we headed to some class parties, first up we got to see our very excited Z-bot! 
Picking up conversation hearts with chopsticks...that's some serious business!

And here's a picture of my sweet valentine who I haven't seen all day:( Tuesday night is our busy night...Mike goes straight from work to coach J's basketball team, then they head straight from practice to church for scouts and don't get home till 9pm..I can't wait to see him and snuggle and watch a movie. I may or may not have a little yummy surprise up my sleeve:) can't wait!!

Awwww . . . what a fun valentines day!! My Valentine is out of town this whole week :( Hope you and Mike got to have a nice evening after all the commitments were met and everything settled down. All the kids look cute -- loved all the red and white! So fun that you and Lily got to have a special valentine afternoon with friends. Loved your breakfast, dinner, and chocolate fountatin! You are so good at coming up with fun foods to make things special! Glad it was a great day! Love you!
Oh my, I forgot to say how much I loved those hair-do's!! WOW -- you got skills! ;) And, it was fun to see the kids from "bygone years" (ha) . . . so cute and little. :)
